During the 2005 calendar year, Joseph Interlichia, a partner at TCSA, closed 805 mortgage loans through the TCSA mortgage closing department.


Karl Salzer, a partner at TCSA, obtained a successful no cause verdict in April 2003 during a personal injury trial in which the plaintiff suffered severe ankle injuries after allegedly she slipping and falling on ice/snow outside of her mother's apartment building. The jury returned a no cause verdict in favor of the defendant.

Karl Salzer also obtained a favorable verdict during a Labor Law 241(6) case in which the plaintiff was injured on a slippery surface. Although the plaintiff demanded $300,000, a jury returned a verdict of $32,000 and found the plaintiff 40% negligent for his own injuries.

A settlement in the amount of $555, 500 was obtained in December 2002 by Karl Salzer, on behalf of a client who was seriously injured while working on a cherry picker.


Louis Cristo, a partner at TCSA, obtained a successful verdict in April 2003 during a navigation law liability case in Cattaraugus County. Mr. Cristo represented a chain of convenience stores who allegedly contaminated a site with petroleum products. After a two week trial, a jury found in favor of the defendant stating that it was not answerable for any of the alleged damages.


Lawrence Andolina, a partner at TCSA, successfully obtained a not guilty verdict in August 2002 on behalf of a client accused of killing her boyfriend. She was found not guilty on two counts of murder, two counts of manslaughter, and a felony weapons charge. She was found guilty on one misdemeanor weapons count.

Over the past year, a number of lawsuits were settled by Lawrence Andolina on behalf of police officers injured during the line of duty. The settlements totaled over $500,000.

In July 2003, Mr. Andolina successfully defended a police officer accused of rape.  The jury returned a verdict of not guilty in that case.


Thomas Trevett, a partner at TCSA, obtained a no-cause verdict following a 2 week trial in a lawsuit in which the plaintiff was suing for injuries allegedly caused as a result of a medical device defect.


Another no-cause verdict was obtained by Cynthia Constantino, a partner at TCSA, following a trial in which the plaintiff was suing for injuries allegedly sustained in a motor vehicle accident. 

Shortly thereafter, Ms. Constantino obtained yet another no-cause verdict in another case arising from another automobile accident.


Last summer, Richard Doyle, a partner at TCSA, obtained a no-cause verdict following a trial in a case in which the plaintiff was suing for injuries allegedly caused by a collision at an intersection..

Richard Doyle also obtained a no-cause verdict after a trial where the plaintiff was suing for injuries allegedly sustained as a result of a slip and fall.


Clark J. Zimmermann, Jr., a partner at TCSA, successfully obtained a not guilty verdict on all counts after trial on behalf of a client who was charged with two felonies: Robbery in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree.  

Shortly thereafter, Mr. Zimmermann obtained another not guilty verdict following a trial on behalf of a client charged with a number of felonies, including Rape in the First Degree.
